Thanks TonySorry to hear about your dog
The 57 is looking really nice
The undercarriage of the peddle car looks great with that metallic silver, have you decided on the paint scheme for the body yet![]()
Thanks Tony
I painted the wheel hubs with the burgundy color that the body will be and I'm thinking that the fenders will go gloss black

Don, I assume your doctor hooked you up to the chassis dyno and turned down the pacemaker. They set mine to 60 beats per minute and it never goes below that (any activity bumps it up). First time they put the mouse(?) over mine to be sure it was working, turning the pacemaker off dropped my pulse to 37 BPM so it's not an optional accessory. Funny you asked about welding because that was my first question as well.Nothing new. The Dr said to just wait it out and it will correct itself in 3 to 6 months. The eyelid will start opening first then the eye should correct itself after. The eyelid does start to open a bit with some effort on my part. So i'll not worry about it just go about my business as usual. The down side is things aren't where i first grab them they seem to be a few inches further away

Be careful with the eye situation. The double vision is bad but the real danger is the lack of depth perception. Something under the train whacked the side of my head and left me with double vision and no depth perception. For the life of me I couldn't pour a glass of water without dumping a bunch of water either in front of or behind the glass until I learned to touch the pitcher to the glass first. Be especially careful around moving equipment because something like a big buffing wheel can pull you in if you miscalculate where your hand/shirt is. I've probably forgotten the most dangerous things but I've somehow avoided them for the 60 years I've been dealing with it.
Yes Drives the Vette is the eye catcher of the day. Most of these folks were new or last visit was pre Covid so much has changed since there last visitDoes your old vette still win best of show when the car clubs show up? My guess is yes cause it’s a sweet ride!!
