Even if the OP is trolling, the “hey-look-at-me” one-liners from the peanut gallery really don’t amount to much more. There is beneficial info to be shared that others may learn from. I’ve enjoyed the discussion and appreciate those that contributed useful input.
I, and others, have asked the OP for ore information. If they can't articulate their needs then how are we supposed to respond?

I use them regularly setting 3/8 flathead sleeve anchors, only place I've ever seen a #4 phillipsI want to see a #10 myself. I suspect there is a little confusion here.
I bought a screwdriver set last year that had a #4 Phillips. I had never seen one before and have never had the need for one to date. #3 is the biggest I've seen and used to that point.
The biggest JIS I have is also #3
