The other nonprofit I work with does 75-100 adaptive tricycles a year in just the central VA area aloneI honestly had no idea that so many people would need this.
People are most likely to suggest what they have... So a Bambu P1S or even better, a P2s. Either with an AMSIf starting from scratch, what is the recommended printer?
How many parts kits did you go through?and sold out of parts kits.
48 hours.

wow, I never thought these would be so popular
Thanks for adding the velcro.Me neither. Just put together the next batch, now with velcro too. 1000 units. sadly the cost went up slightly. instead of 25 they will be 30 this round.
Thanks for adding the velcro.
Even at 30, this is a ton cheaper than what people have been doing.
Thanks for this.I'm not going full capitalism on these
What Petg setting are you using in bambu studio?I don't know if I got a bad batch of PETG, or what. The wheelchair prints keep having issues for me (I generally run PLA and ABS without any issues). X1E's, filament was dried over 24 hrs then directly into the AMS with Dessicant (and I am in CO, so not usually an issue). Getting bad surfaces, walls not appearing at all (just infill), etc. Honestly, printing worse than 75% of various types I have tried before.
Creality Purple PETG (Bambu refill style). Anyone else have experience with this stuff?
Interesting. If you are just seeing infill, it feels Mos likely that something is wrong in the files. Did you try fresh downloads?I think just Bambu PETG
Thanks for this.
Not yet. One worked, but it ran out and I pulled it before I noticed. Then two with bad wall issues, and the last one has surface issues. Can take pics tomorrow, and will try redownloading.Interesting. If you are just seeing infill, it feels Mos likely that something is wrong in the files. Did you try fresh downloads?
AwesomeWell, this is cool to see
Sunlu tpu silk in teal. It's a bit firm for this application and I think silk is the cause. Its OK for the tires but it is unusable for the strapsI love the color and shine on the wheels. What filament is that?
Thanks. The materials are all from @jeepxj and the design is all Make Good. That's beautiful!
I'm hoping to get one started once our house returns to normal - I've lost my office/print room for a bit.
I've been following along as you and Jeepxj have discussed these over the past several months, you guys are awesome.Thanks. The materials are all from @jeepxj and the design is all Make Good.
I made my own spreadsheet to keep the build organized and to plan out timing/materials. If you want it, let me know when you are ready to go.
Nice!
