I have the nextdoor cat ladies furry beast squatting in my shop. It thinks one of my rooms is his personal *******!

Time to go full Grizzly Adams on this one, set the traps!

If I catch it, what should I do with it? I appreciate the fact that all the Cat Ladies feral cats do a great job of keeping all the varmits controlled, but, really, shitting in my shop?! I wish I could reason with this furry *******, explain to it how it’s going to be really bad if it keeps using my shop as it’s potty!

I guess for me that would depend on how many cats does crazy cat lady have and are they all fixed or not? If she has too many and is not being responsible by keeping them all fixed my answer on how to use that box after you catch it will be different 🤣

I think you have two options. If you want the cat around to keep the varmint population down, you could put a litter box in the room. Option #2 would be to take the cat to a shelter after capture where they will probably spay it and try to adopt it out.

Set up a litter box! You're getting rodent control for free, the least you can do is provide some facilities.

Happy new year J, hope you and the family have a great new year.

Thank you!! You as well my friend!

Gonna be a year of big change!! 31 more days and we are no longer business owners. We sold our business and Jan 31st is our day out!

After that all started to take shape my wife put her hat in the ring to replace the retiring pre-school director at our church and ended up getting the position. So my wife is making the giant leap from helping the elderly navigate all that comes with end of life management to leading pre-schoolers in a Godly direction for success in life!

Awesome! Let me know what your doing either here or a text and I'll make sure I always throw your name out to all my AZ peeps. And we know a lot of peeps from business over the last 10 years.

I'll end up starting something up within the next few years. I've got my mind churning on a few options 😜

When I was about 5 years old I was in charge of feeding our dog. One day I had the dog dish and the can of Alpo at the ready, just needed the can opener. Only problem was the fact that my 2 years younger sister had the opener and was demanding that she was going to open the dog food! So we are fighting over the opener, she’s screaming about how it’s her turn and I’m yelling that it’s my job! Finally my mother yells at my sister to let me have the opener…
So my 3 year old sister hauls back and let’s me “Have It”! From across the room! You know that little steel wheel on the opener? To this day I have a nice scar above my eyes, smack dab in the middle! Beware the little sister!

Did you keep the other one B?

I'm trading the 450 in. It's terrible in the snow on our narrow country roads and my wife doesn't really like pulling the horse trailer with it. She always feels like she's going to get sucked off the road if that outer back tire drops off the edge when passing people.

Can't find the page with when and where you moved to... We moved to Kentucky from the Phoenix area May '25. Definitely a change of pace and loving every minute of it. Glad to see another Phoenician doing well in another party of the country. 🫡

We moved to Indiana in June of '24. I was born and raised here, moved from Indiana to Phoenix in 2005-ish.

Kentucky is beautiful, have driving through it several times. My Grandmother was born in Kentucky. 👍

Got a brother-in-law in Southern Indiana we see quite often. I was born and raised in Arizona, never thought I'd leave but it's just a completely different place now. Much happier where there's grass and trees 😂

Nice! After living/towing with the Toolbox Truck™ for a little over a year I'm not convinced it's worth it. It's a little more stability vs. a lot more weight. Never had a problem towing with the SRW once we got the sway control hitch.

With a new F350 almost 100k these days I’ve started thinking about options. My CPA had a 2012 F350 Lariat with a blown 6.4 PowerStroke. Truck only had 150k on it, everything else was almost showroom new, bed hardly had any scratches! He ended up selling it on FBMarketplace for 4k cuz it wasn’t cost effective to fix it as a new 6.4 cost over 15k installed and then the truck would only be worth 15k…. And it’s still a 6.4!
So I started thinking what would be an ideal fix for his truck if it was mine, Cummins 5.9 pre DEF (my CPA bought a new GMC DuraMax last year and he left it at the Anchorage Airport before Christmas, while there the DEF system froze and then when he started the truck it destroyed the complete DEF system!) so I really don’t want anything with a DEF requirement.
That leaves one option that might actually be a good one, GodZilla! I’m thinking about the only thing that might be needed out of the actual swap would be maybe an axle re-gear for the gas engine operating range compared to the Diesel engine? An almost new truck for less than 20k? What could go wrong? Thoughts?

Yea the Cummins is a great platform. It's biggest downfall is that it's surrounded by a dodge 🤣. I've always wanted to do a 5.9 swapped Ford Excursion. 👍
