Lets play GJ favorite "what is it game" and no, it's not a saw set

Looks like a pole barn with poles being the 3 ply glued up 2x in the last picture

No trusses so either being stick built or those show up later....there is enough lumber here I'm thinking stick built. Could also be doing some interior build out of the existing big shed.....the posts don't fit with that though

I'm waffling between lean-too addition and stand alone structure.....going lean too, but maybe double lean too, addition on each side? Wild conjecture....

More interesting question is what goes in it.....animals or powered equipment and the such....

Narrowing down the guessing here.....

Geeze that's a big arena. I was going to give you **** for building such a big building just for hay burners, but then I thought about it a bit more. It's really a long term win for you; once the hay burners outlive their time you can just pour a concrete floor in there and have a huge shop space!

B, have you ever seen the red iron one off of the 89 between Wickenburg and Congress on the west side. That baby is massive. I be it’s a solid 50ksqft.

I have been that way a few times so I'm sure I have but can't specifically recall. But holy .....that's big! That's $$$$$.

It’s hard to miss but every time I drive by it I dream of filling it with concrete and siding that baby. Not only could it cover a full blown shop and allll my stuff, I’d still have more than enough room for a indoor go-kart track 🤣

Pole barns really do go up fast with an experienced crew. Many of them are Amish in your part of the country. Doesn't look like that's the case with this crew.
I was gonna ask if it was an Amish or Mennonite crew as well but doesn't look like it but they're making fast work regardless! Going to be riding in the shade by end of next week if not sooner!
