I’m a fan of SK tools for a pretty simple reason and I’m not gonna sugar coat it. Essentially, they are one of the only major brands that I’ve dealt with that has real confidence in their products. And I’ve witnessed this “confidence” by the way they send me their stuff for review. Most folks send me an email, ask about the review process, and then look for reassurances that their products won’t be reviewed negatively when the time does come to put steel to steel. SK, on the other hand, blindly sends me stuff and then says things like “try to break it.”
It’s as if there is no marketing team… and when it comes to tools, there is no better marketing than no polished marketing at all.
So, yeah… Up until this point I figured SK was running out heavy handed quality control guys or maybe product engineers as a marketing team. But it turns out they actually have some suits on staff and I was recently contacted by them.
“Hey Ryan, we have three limited edition SK box sets for you to giveaway to your readers. Interested?”
Of course, I was. The box set is pictured above. It’s a simple set that has what I would describe as a vintage theme to it. A perfectly green metal box stuffed with:
- – 1/4″ Drive DT Ratchet (I actually own this one… and it’s my favorite 1/4″ ratchet)
- – 1/4″ Drive 1/8″ – 5/8″ sockets
- – 1/4″ Drive 6″ Extension
- – 3/8″ Drive Standard Ratchet
- – 3/8″ Drive 1/4″ – 7/8″ sockets
- – 3/8″ Drive 6″ Extension
Pretty rad, right? And we have three to give away. All you have to do to get a chance at winning one is reply to this thread. And sometime around December 18th or so, we will randomly pick three winners from all of the replies. Chicken dinners gentlemen…
