In any case, post the best Cyber Week deals you find here… I, for one, would be very appreciative!

DON’T DO IT!

They may make a good product but anything on your concrete floor is dangerous when wet. I had another product on my floor in a previous house and even with the sand in the top coat it was super slippery. When we moved I never returned to any coating, it wasn’t worth the risk of my wife or kids wiping out in the garage.

Sure they look great but try to find something little you dropped with the flakes in the coating… not fun. Worse thing was in the winter, the water had nowhere to go but sit on the surface til it evaporated many days later. Every time a car was backed out I had to squeegee the floor out the door, which naturally froze creating another issue.
At least with concrete it can absorb some water. You may have different opinions & live in a different part of the country but from my experiences I will never return to a painted floor.
