Obviously not all of us can afford to ‘go green’ to the extreme as Jay Leno has when building a garage.   Ironically it can sometimes cost a lot to reduce our carbon footprints.   However, there are plenty of ways to go green without completely breaking the bank.  

Editor’s note: Welcome my better half fellas… Amazingly, she’s a garage nut just like me. I think you’re gonna like her. Buying a gift for the garage guy or gal who already has everything can be frustrating. Sure another toolbox would work and I suppose there’s always a need for more wax and polish, right?     But come on, it’s time to get creative!

Here’s a good one… “Skullhead” wanted workbenches with ton of storage underneath. He also wanted to be able to hide that storage to give the place a cleaner look. And of course… he was on a tight budget. The solution? Simple shelving systems broken down to two parts – each sporting an owner made set of doors. Brilliant and easy. Check em out here.
