Striebig AG takes over Otto Martin Maschinenbau GmbH & Co. KG

I guess this is better suited for the woodworking forum than the general tool forum.

The Martin family apparently sold to Striebig. Haven’t found an article on this in English language yet, so this will have to do for now:

I'm not in the market for a new Striebig or Martin, but interesting none the less. I wonder if this will change the US Martin offerings beyond the martin-usa subsidiary.
