Is this garage door insulated?

Clopay 10 x 12 door. Not sure if this insulated… doesn’t appear to be. I was going to glue some XPS foam board to the door

If the glass is double-pane, it is most likely an insulated door. Most uninsulated doors that I have seen are thin and lightweight. How much insulation is actually in a garage door is always questionable.

Pull out one sheet metal screw on a hinge; look inside - probably foam.

Main question though is what was done on the vertical edges, where there are potential gaps.
