Workbench needed

Needing a 24 X 30 inch workbench 36 inches high. Looking at building something like the image below. However, it needs to be 36" tall without wheels. The bench legs should sit on the ground with some way to put wheels down in order to move it. I know they make Retractable Casters but these will stick out too far and I need the footprint smaller. Table must be steady when complete. Any ideas as to how I can achieve this?

How steady do you need it to be? I see locking castors on the one in your picture. I built one of my workbenches with locking castors and it is certainly steady enough to use with the castors locked.

I need it to not wobble at all - not just to not roll which is why I'd like it to sit on the bench legs.

I have a bench mounted on a Harbor Freight mobile tool base.

When I step on the pedal one end rises and it can be rolled around.

They make other types of retractable casters.

Or incorporate some kind of lift pad, with a floor jack, to allow a cart of some sort to be rolled under it.

If you don’t mind the need to store externally, something like the pinskates design could be adapted to lift and move your table.
