Ballstix Black second Coat

I applied Ballistix Black and have a couple of areas that look a little light in application or gloss. What needs to be done to apply a second coat, I can spot repair or do I need to scuff and second coat the whole shop ?

incase this question comes up again in the future. I was told a scuff with a red pad after the product has fully cured. The cause is lite application, I will say its difficult to see with the semi gloss from the sealer. In all I think this was a pretty easy application and initial thoughts on the product are positive after 1 week.
