Columbian 604 M2 Bench Vise - Seeking (1) Swivel Base Lock Nut and Lock Bolt

Hey gang - thank you for the add. Just purchased a Columbian 604 M2 Bench Vise and it is missing (1) swivel base lock bolt and lock nut. Is there anyone who can help or point me in the right direction to find one?

I have made substitute lock bolts from Carriage Bolts.
i had to weld ears on the nuts to avoid needing a wrench to tighten them.

I had one and I think they only came with one lock from the factory.
