Hoping to get some information about a knife I purchased. It is branded on the blade Hoffritz,Germany on the blade which seems to be stainless.
I’m interested in the year it was made, what it was used for and of course the value. Any and all help is greatly appreciated.

I am not aware of any really good knife blades made from Stainless Steel.
