Did a spring cleaning of my garage and shop and got a couple pics of my now 12 (garage) and 6 (shop) year old floors
My garage was done with epoxy, full-flake. Original install post is at https://www.garagejournal.com/forum/threads/my-epoxy-floor-installation.261203/
Almost 12 years later, it looks like I it did when I put down except for lots of yellowing. It looks pretty much like it did on my 2 year update found at https://www.garagejournal.com/forum/threads/2-year-update-on-epoxy-floor.335168/#post-8049311 with a little more yellowing

Even with the yellowing, it beats the heck out of bare concrete.

Same chip colors, but there no yellowing with it. It looks exactly like it did when I put it down except for a 3'long 1/4 deep gash I put in it by running over a bicycle wheel. Unfortunately, I'd tossed all my leftover product and chips a couple of months before I put the gash in it. Pretty sure I could have patched it to where it isn't really noticeable. The single part polyurea is really a nice product. Looks great and seems as tough as epoxy the way I applied it. To be fair, I probably would've done better with the epoxy and not had so much yellowing if I'd had some experience putting it down. The shop was easy after my experience with the garage.

Either way, I highly recommend some kind of coating or other flooring. Cleans up great and just looks good.

Full Flake Single Part Polyurea Install Monster Post
Here’s a long-winded novella about my floor decision-making process and installation. Maybe it will help someone in the future if anyone is crazy enough to do a floor like this. Synopsis Put down heavy coverage of Garagellc’s single-part polyurea by squeegee and back-roll. Squeegeeing out...
