Warning about current cases of fraud.
Please take note of the following information.

Hello Oliver xxxxx,

at this point in time, numerous trade businesses in Germany have received fraudulent e-mails.
These e-mails falsely claim that refurbished Festool tools are available/ can be bought directly through Festool Germany.

!
These e-mails were not sent by Festool Germany.
Please do not click on any links contained in these e-mails, do not reply to the e-mails and first and foremost do not transfer/ send any money.
This is NOT the result of a data breach/leak at Festool Germany.
This is a targeted attempt of fraud against trade businesses in Germany.

How to spot a fraudulent e-mail?

E-Mail-Address: Check the senders e-mail address carefully. Various fake e-mail addresses are being used. Currently b2b @ refurbished-fest**l.com among others.

Offers via e-mail: Festool does not send individual offers regarding the purchase of refurbished Festool products via e-mail.

Followed by two links, one on the issue of fake store fronts on the internet, and one to customer support if you want to verify an e-mail you received/ have general questions.

Kind regards,
Olli
