Another Canadian garage/workshop dreamer reaching out for guidance on my upcoming garage build. I'm a heavy-construction business owner. I'm also a backyard tinkerer who can follow instructions and (most times) figure things out when there are none. I built my very own Cobra replica starting in 2005 when I picked up the base kit components from Factory 5.0 Racing in Wareham, MA. It's been on the road since 2008 but I have enjoyed changing out major components every year to make it just a little different. I discovered working on it is as much fun as driving it! Since we bought our current house last year, my car has been stored in a 20' container in the driveway. There is NO existing garage, so building this one will be a first for me!

Welcome from down south! Lots of like minded inmates in the garage asylum here, I think you'll fit in well!

I am always tinkering on some element of the car. Different wheels/tires, engine or suspension upgrades, different sidepipes, you name it. I love that, as a 'replica' I'm not tied to keeping it original, just making it what I want... until I decide to do something different again!

Here's on my wife took with my son at the wheel:
